Our product are handmade, cut, hand-dyed and sew by us in our humble home studio. We strive to make high quality products with environmental friendly materials. As it is handmade, each product will be unique in its own way and might not be perfect. We call it Imperfectly Perfect, showing its handmade charm.
How do I shop around?
Browse through our shop and look for the items you like. Select the items by sizes, colors and etc. Then once you click 'Add to Cart' then the items will be added to your shopping cart. You can modify the 'Numbers' of the items you need.
When you are done shopping, click on the 'Check Out' button on your shopping cart and it will direct you to fill up your information and shipping address and etc
How do I pay?
For now we accept payment from Bank Transfer or Paypal (for Paypal Account or Credit Card (Guest))

For credit card payment without Paypal account - select Paypal, then click Complete Order. It will lead you to a Paypal window and click Pay with Debit or Credit Card. It will lead you to a guest check out page.
Do you provide gift wrapping service?
For each order, we will wrap it with selected craft paper and twine. Should you require a gift tag or other types of wrapping as a gift for your recipient, feel free to leave us a note and we will arrange your request at no extra cost. Ps: we will be making some unique hand stamped wrapping paper. :)
1) We want you to love your handmade items from us. If you are not completely satisfied within reason with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for exchange or credit ONLY (excludes custom orders). Item must be in its' original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. We are sorry that the shipping costs will not be refunded and customer will have to pay for the return shipping fee / or / just drop by our studio for the exchange.
2) If you find any major damage or defects of the item/s when you receive your parcel, do snap photos and drop us an email within 3 days. Then, we will arrange for reasonable exchange or refunds.
3) We are sorry that we will not be responsible for lost item or broken during the process of shipping. For online orders, we will include the post tracking number to keep track on the orders. Do check the condition of the parcel for any tear or damage during its arrival before signing the documents from the postman.
4) Sales & discounted items are not refundable and exchangeable.
5) For the custom orders or special orders with special sizes or special message, do double check the spelling or dimension as some items are made to fit.
